Proxy students arrested on the first day of UP boards examination.

Proxy candidates caught in Agra, Khurja, Jaunpur and Ghazipur.

At least 10 proxy candidates were caught on the first day of the UP Board exam 2023. This happened during the class 10 Hindi paper during the first shift from 8 am to 11:15 am and the second shift was from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. These proxy candidates were caught in different districts including Agra, Hardoi, and Khurja.

In the first shift, the UP 10th Hindi paper was held, and in the second shift, the intermediate military science paper. The board exams are being monitored by UP STF, LIU, and web monitoring.

The UP government has already issues orders that in case a candidate is found cheating or proxy candidates is caught at the centres action will be ensured under National Security Act (NAS).

However, on the very first day, three people were arrested during the high school examination in Agra. All three accused had come to take the exam instead of the real candidates. The incident occurred at Janta Intercollege of Fatehabad police station area of ​​Agra. All three were caught while checking the admit card.

One of the accused, a resident of Kannauj, was also caught at Baba Mansha Nath Inter College, Bilgram, Hardoi. When the checking of the admit cards began, he started running away but the police ran and caught him. The accused is being questioned by the police.

Proxy students caught during UP Bords exam 2023 in various districts of the state.

 

In  Khurja to a class 11 girl student was caught giving class 10 board exams. After registering a case, the police arrested the student. This incident happened at Mahadevi Ayodhya Nath Girls Inter College.

According to the official data a total of 58,85,745 students have registered for taking up UP board examination this year, of which, 31,16, 487 are high school candidates and 27,69,258 will be appearing for intermediate exams. This is the largest number of registrations in UP board exams in the last five years.
