Country's cheapest electric motorcycle 100km run on single charge started delivery

Hyderabad-based electric two-wheeler startup company Atumobiles Pvt Ltd launched its first electric motorcycle Atum 1.0 last year. Which was introduced at a starting price of just Rs 50,000 across the country. The bike has received around 400 bookings since its launch. At the same time, the company has started its delivery in Hyderabad.

The Atom 1.0 is a cafe-racer style electric bike, and its first 10 units are assigned to customers. The motorcycle has been certified by the International Center for Automotive Technology (ICAT) as a low-speed electric two-wheeler, fully equipped as a commercial vehicle.

Atum 1.0 includes LED headlamps, LED taillights, LED turn indicators, stylish cafe-racer design, comfortable seats, go-fat fat tires, 280 mm ground clearance and a digital display for the instrument console. Customers can charge this bike anywhere using a normal three-pin socket. Which takes 3 to 4 hours to be fully charged.

The Atum 1.0 electric motorcycle uses a 48V, 250W electric motor. Which is paired with a portable lithium-ion battery pack. The electric powertrain found on the Atum 1.0 claims to offer a maximum driving range of 100 km on a single charge. At the same time, this electric motorcycle is limited to a top speed of 25km / h.

However, the special thing about this bike is that it does not need to register after purchase, nor does the person need a driving license to drive it. At the same time, the total weight of this bike is just 108kg. Which can be easily used by people of any age.
