In Jalandhar, a young man fed up with harassment of landlord commits suicide by coming live on Facebook

In Jalandhar, Punjab, a youth committed suicide by harassing the landlord and committed suicide. Before embracing death, he did a Facebook live, in which he spoke of the landlord pressuring the money.

According to the information, Gurpreet’s landlord was asking for 84 thousand rupees rent from him, due to which he was very upset.

He committed suicide by consuming poison before going live on Facebook to talk about the financial crisis caused by the corona’s lockdown and the owner’s pressure on rent.

The relatives of the deceased Gurpreet say that the landlord Harpreet gave this house to Gurpreet for care and he himself is living in the Urban Estate.

While handing over the given care to Gurpreet, there was no talk of recovery of rent, electricity bill or any other expenses. Police is currently investigating the case.
