New guidelines have been released for film and TV shooting

Everyone is forced to remain imprisoned in their homes because of the Corona crisis. Due to the lockdown in the country, film and TV shooting is also not being done, due to which people have to watch repeat telecasts.

Meanwhile, at the virtual meeting of the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICI), new guidelines regarding shooting have been released. After discussion in the meeting, it came to light that before July, shooting of films or serials will not be done.

FNICE chief BN Tiwari told that shooting could start around July. We cannot endanger the health of any of our employees for the shooting. FWICE Secretary Ashok Dubey said that the meeting has also raised the matter of insuring the life of the people working on the set.

  • All the artists will do makeup and styling from their home and will come with only one staff member on the set.
  • Producers of all films will provide four masks to each member working on the set during a 12-hour shoot.
  • Those who are above 60 years of age should not be allowed to work on the set for 3 months after the start of shooting.
  • It is necessary to appoint a doctor nurse and supervisor on every set.
