Indian Air Force MiG-29 aircraft crashed in Nawanshahr, Punjab

The Indian Air Force fighter aircraft MiG-29 has crashed. The incident occurred near Roorkee Kalan village of Nawanshahr. It is learned that the accident occurred due to a technical flaw in the aircraft. The pilot narrowly survived in this accident. He is admitted to the hospital.

This area near Nawanshahr in Punjab is bordered by Pakistan’s international border. Officials said that military activities continue in this area. Training to fly Air Force aircraft is also provided. On Friday morning the MiG-29 was taken for training.

The pilot of the MiG-29 aircraft was suspected of technical fault, so he ejected himself from the aircraft before the accident. The pilot has been admitted to a hospital near Hoshiarpur.
