Lucknow: The 12th Chaudhary Asif Ali Memorial State Cricket league was today inaugurated by former minister Arvind Singh Gope at Barabanki district based K. D Singh Babu Stadium.
The Chairperson of Goodwill Committee and prominent social worker Ms. Aparna Mishra was a special guest during the inaugural program of the event. This Cricket League is being organized by the District Cricket Association, Barabanki.
Different teams which are participating in this league are from Meerut Cricket Association, Moradabad Cricket Association, Ghaziabad Cricket Association, Northern Railway Lucknow, Ekana Rangers Lucknow and District Cricket Association from Barabanki.

On this occasion, Ms. Aparna Mishra thanked the organizers for organising this event and greeted the players. At the same time she also assured of all possible help for the state-level expansion of this event.
The opening ceremony game of the event was played between District Cricket Association, Barabanki and Ekana Rangers Lucknow.
