Lucknow airport to get a new T3 terminal

Lucknow: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has decided to construct new T3 terminal of Lucknow airport and in this regard the AAI today appointed a consultant for development of a terminal building at the airport.

 

 

The integrated terminal building will have facilities for both domestic and international flyers and it will be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 1,200 crore.

 

 

This new T3 terminal complex is proposed to come up over an area of over 200 acres which was planned to build last year but due to certain controversies the project was delayed.

The new project of Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport will be called as T3 terminal and it have grand building with natural light with a large number of baggage handling systems, laser scanners for luggage, tourist visa counters, duty free shops, premium lounge and shops as well as eateries and many other facilities.
