The day October 10 is observed as World mental health day. We do take care of our physical health only, while we ignore our mental health but mental health plays a very crucial role in our health. We should take care of our physical as well as mental health this can be done by adapting good food habits.
People who include junk and comfort foods in their diet tend to have poorer mental health as compared to the ones who follow a healthy and balanced diet. In this modern and fast moving world everyone has lot of pressure on them which gives them stress.
