Indonesia: 2 pilots killed in military plane crash

Jakarta: Two pilots have been killed today after a jet fighter plane smashed during an air show in Indonesia, authorities said.

Air force spokesman Dwi Badarmanto says the crash occurred on Sunday on the second day of an air show celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Air Force Flight School in Yogyakarta.

The South Korean-made T50 trainer plane crashed at the Adi Sucipto airport in Yogyakarta city on Java island,  air force spokesman Dwi Badarmanto as saying.

He said no casualties were reported on the ground.

The spokesman said the reason for the accident was known yet.
