Big decisions of CM Yogi gave new flight to UP economy

UP’s economy has taken a new flight due to the big decisions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Along with dealing with Corona, the Yogi government has also achieved tremendous success on the economic front. The state government was successful in accelerating the economic activities of the state even during the epidemic period. About two months before the completion of the financial year, the Yogi government has achieved a 92 percent revenue target.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s big decision to keep pace with the industry, trade, agriculture, and government schemes is clearly visible in the economy of Uttar Pradesh and the revenue of the government, with a chalk system to control the corona. According to the data of the Finance Department, there has been an increase of more than 2,796 crores in the head of non-tax revenue of the state government in January 2021 as compared to January 2020.

Among the major non-tax revenue items, the total revenue of Rs 12,717.98 crore was received in January of the financial year 2020-21, while the total revenue was Rs 9,921.98 crore in January 2019-20. In addition, in January 2021, the government has received more revenue of 2.796.00 crores in the main items of non-tax revenue.

Talking about the GST item, the total revenue of 4,291.07 crores was received in the financial year 2020-21, while in the month of 2019-20, the revenue was Rs 4,166.63 crore.
2.235,00 crore VAT was received in January 2021 while in January 2020, 1.788.53 crore VAT was received.

Excise revenue was Rs 3.472.43 crore in January of the financial year 2020-21, while in January 2019-20, this figure was 1.694.04 crore. The total receipts for January 2021 in stamps and essays are 1,747.25 crores. In January 2020, Rs 1,400.90 crore was received by the Government of Revenue under this head. In January 2021, the revenue of ghosts and miners got revenue of 353.71 crores as compared to 235.20 crores in January 2020.
