As per the instructions of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the flood relief works have been reviewed in the area by providing relief material to the flood affected people in Tehsil Tarabganj of Gonda district on behalf of Honorable MLA Prem Narayan Pandey.
At present, 1116 villages in 17 districts of the state are affected by floods, out of which 666 villages are Marund and submerged.
Flood-affected districts include Ambedkar Nagar, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Bahraich, Ballia, Barabanki, Basti, Deoria. Along with this, the districts of Farrukhabad, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Kushinagar, Mau, Pilibhit, Santakbir Nagar and Sitapur are also flood affected districts.
