Devotees will now be able to visit Vaishno Devi, Darbar open after 5 months with new guidelines

Devotees will be able to see Goddess Vaishno Devi once again. The court of Mother Vaishno Devi, which has been closed for almost five months due to Corona, is going to reopen.

A guide line has been released by the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board regarding the pilgrimage.

Big things released by Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for the journey:

* 1,900 passengers will be from Jammu and Kashmir and remaining 100 passengers from outside.

* People will be allowed to travel only after online registration.

* It will be compulsory for travelers to download the Arogya Setu app on their mobile phones.

* Face mask and cover will be mandatory. Passengers will be thermally checked at entry points of the journey.

* Counseling has been issued for children below 10 years of age, pregnant women, people suffering from other serious illnesses and those above 60 years of age.

* Traditional routes of Banganga, Ardhkunwari and Sanjichhat will be used to reach the building from Katra.

* Himkoti Marg-Tarkot Marg will be used for coming from the building.

* Reports of passengers from outside Jammu and Kashmir and those coming from the Red Zone districts of Union Territory not infected with the corona will be examined at the entry points at the helipad and travel at the Darshani Deodhi.

* Passengers who have reports of not being infected with covid-19 will be allowed to go towards the building.

* Pumps, palanquins and mules will not be allowed initially on the route.

* For the convenience of the passengers all supplementary facilities like battery powered vehicles, ropeways and helicopter services have been arranged.
