Bihar Police has accused Riya Chakraborty. An affidavit has also been filed in the Supreme Court with the Bihar government, in which Riya and her family have been accused.
Police are saying that Riya and her family had prepared a false story of Sushant’s mental illness.
The senior superintendent of Bihar police has told the affidavit to the Supreme Court that Riya Chakraborty had taken Sushant to his house and started giving drug overdoses to the actor.
The police have accused Riya that Riya Chakraborty and her family members were in touch with Sushant Singh Rajput on how to get the actor’s money.
