Flood threat in 536 villages in UP, Yogi government in action

In UP, 536 villages of Ambedkar Nagar, Barabanki, Ayodhya, Kushinagar, Gorakhpur, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Azamgarh, Gonda, Basti, Mau, Santakbir Nagar, Sitapur, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar and Balrampur districts are affected by the floods. Of these 391 villages are Marund.

Sharada River-Palia Kala (Lakhimpur Kheri), Rapti River-Burdghat (Gorakhpur), Saryu River-Elginbridge (Barabanki), Saryu River-Ayodhya (Ayodhya) and Saryu (Ghaghra) River-Turtipar (Ballia) in the state Are flowing above the water level of danger.

CM Yogi Adityanath has directed that along with monitoring of all the dams of the state, the availability of necessary repair material should also be ensured, so that it can be prevented before any damage occurs.
