Corona virus cases have crossed 1 lakh in India. While more than 3 thousand people have died due to covid-19 infection in the country.

The Union Health Ministry said in its report released on Tuesday, “A total of 1 lakh 1 thousand 137 people have been infected with coronavirus infection across the country, while 3 thousand 163 people have died due to the epidemic.”

The ministry further said, “At present a total of 58 thousand 802 people suffer from covid-19 infection, while 39 thousand 173 people who are fully healthy after treatment have been discharged from the hospital.”

Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram still remain corona free states in the country. Meanwhile, the number of corona patients in Andhra Pradesh reached 2 thousand 484 by Tuesday morning. Of these, 1 thousand 552 people were discharged while healthy, while 50 deaths occurred due to infection here.

So far 107 people in Assam have suffered from the corona virus. Two of them died and 41 have been discharged. On the other hand, till Tuesday morning in Bihar, 1 thousand 391 people were affected by the virus, out of which 9 died and 494 were discharged. There have been 196 cases in Chandigarh, 54 have been discharged and three have died here. There have been 93 cases of corona in Chhattisgarh, 59 have been discharged here. Meanwhile, only one case has come up in Dadar Nagar Haveli.

The figure continues to grow in the capital Delhi. Till Tuesday morning, 10 thousand 54 people were suffering from the virus, out of which a total of 4 thousand 485 people have been discharged and 168 people have died here. On the other hand, only 38 cases have been reported in Goa, out of which 7 have been discharged.

In Gujarat, this figure has reached 11 thousand 745. 694 people have lost their lives due to the epidemic in the state, while 4 thousand 804 patients have been discharged from the hospital after treatment.
