Mumbai: Television actress Tinaa Dutta became a household name after the success of her show ‘Uttaran’ in which she portrayed the character of Ichha recently made her foray into supernatural genre with &TV’s Daayan alongside Mohit Malhotra and accused him of touching her inappropriately.
Although, Tinaa has made some shocking revelations about her co-star that have left us all stumped! Dutta has accused Mohit of touching her inappropriately on multiple occasions despite giving him warnings.
The actor has also made her feel very uncomfortable. The actress was, in fact, spotted breaking down on the sets as well due to this behavior of Malhotra.
And not just Tinaa but certain people on the set too have felt that Mohit does go overboard while filming certain scenes. A leading daily newspaper has quoted a certain source from the sets of the show.
Not just Tinaa, even many team members feels that Mohit goes a little overboard with scenes that require intimacy.
Tina Dutta put allegation on co-star Mohit Malhotra for touching private parts!:
In fact, a source confirmed to us that despite several warnings given, Mohit did not bother to pay heed and continued with his behavior which made Tinaa feel very uncomfortable.
In a recent interview, Tinna revealed,” There are some people on set who want to behave as hooligans. Mohit Malhotra is one such. He had been warned once, but he did not change. In fact, things became worse. I spoke to the Creative Head too.”
Tinna while lashing out at Mohit; who said he got carried away while shooting the scene and did not realize he was making Tinaa uncomfortable, said,” Nobody gives excuses like him that woh scene mein bahek gaya tha.”
He can’t say he got carried away. He was obviously doing it deliberately. It is so clear if a girl is uncomfortable, you can understand from her body language. Shouldn’t you reciprocate and make her at ease instead?”
However in his response to these allegations; Malhotra was quoted by an entertainment website saying,” She is my good friend and we share a cordial relationship.” He also claimed that there are hardly any intimate scenes shot between them.
We certainly hope that things will work out between the two and the guilty is made to pay for their deeds!
