Gandhinagar: In an interesting as well shocking news that has developed from Gujarat, a businessman Nitin Sandesara from the land of Gandhi ji’s state is missing after doing scam with banks wort Rs five thousand crores.
According to reports reached media houses that one businessman from Gujarat named Nitin Sandesara has done fraud of 5 thousand crores with banks and left India after this scam, it is believed that Sandesara is in Nigeria with his family.
This businessman from Gujarat is owner of Sterling Biotech Group and few days’ back rumors spread that he is in Dubai but according to media, ED, and CBI reports he has been found that he is in Nigeria.
On other hand, ED and CBI does not have passed any official statement about Sandesara running from the country.

So if Sandesra is believed to be in Nigeria it will be so difficult for CBI and ED to bring him back to home country as Nigeria is not in a list of Extradition policies of 56 nations.
But then intelligence agencies has given an application to Nigerian authorities with a red corner notice has been issued against Nitin Sandesara’s family.
Sandesara had started his business with medical company later started real estate and also tried his luck in many other businesses.
It is also said that not only in India but he runs his business in Nigeria, UAE, America, and in many more countries.
