The famous Indian television actress, Mouni Roy is all set to rock the silver screen with her upcoming movie ‘Gold’ starring against Akshay Kumar. Mouni has bagged four films because of her talent. Where Gold is all set to release, Mouni has started working for her new project Brahmastra directed by Ayaan Mukherji which also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and south’s superstar Nagarjun as well.
In a recent interview, Mouni talked about how it is to be on the sets of the film and her work. When asked about her character in the film, Mouni said, “While I can’t reveal much about my character, I can say that I am the only villain of the Ranbir film.” Speaking about how it felt working with Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni said, “It was surreal. I was like this little puppy who was just excited to see him and didn’t know what to do and after giving a shot with him I could have happily died. Who would have imagined that a girl from Cooch Behar would be sharing the screen with Amitabh Bachchan.” She also said, “Ranbir and Alia’s chemistry, she said that they are two professional actors and are like fire on screen”.
It will be great to see Mouni in negative role for the first time on big screen. Mouni will also be seen in a film titled Romeo Akbar Walter, alongside John Abraham. The film is a thriller, and not much is revealed about it yet.
