Aditya Pancholi
The very first name that comes in the list is of Aditya Pancholi. The two started dating each other when Kangana was only a struggling actress. Aditya was 20 years older than Kangana, married and had two children; still these facts didn’t stopped them from being together. According to a report, Aditya gifted a house to Kangana where he was seen regularly. Post her break up, Kangana revealed that he used to barge in and subject her to physical abuse.
Adhyayan Suman
Kangana again fell in love with her co-star Adhyayan Suman, son of Shekhar Suman. Both the actors met first time on the sets of their movie, Raaz in 2009 and soon started dating each other. However, they both broke up very soon and parted their ways. The reason for their break up was Shekhar who wanted his son to concentrate on his career.
