New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has today presented the fifth Budget of Narendra Modi government in Parliament which is the last budget of this Saffron Party led at the Center.

 

 

During his budget speech, the Finance Minister said that since our government has taken power in 2014, India has now become the seventh largest economy in the world.

 

 

The Central Government has given a blow to the working class people in this budget. The government has not made any changes to the income tax slab of middle class people.

Common salaried class people was expected to get relief in the tax exemption with this budget, but the current tax exemption limit increased from 2.5 lakh to 3 lakh and the government would get 28 thousand crore rupees. That is why this move has led the government to step back.

 

 

The Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has announced a big gift for the farmers of the country in this budget. He said that the government has decided to take the upcoming procurement crops at least one and a half times at the cost of production.

 

 

Finance Minister said that the government will bear the difference in market value and MSP in order to ensure that farmers get one and a half times the cost so that farmers will get maximum benefits.
