Steve Ludwin has had a fascination with the slithering reptiles since childhood.

Not only did he keep a boa constrictor as a pet, he was also bitten by a non-venomous snake at the age of six.

He met Bill Haast, a man who milked rattlesnakes and cobras for a living before dying at the age of 100, which sparked his interest in the barmy health method.

Ludwin believes that snake venom has rejuvenating properties, preventing him from getting ill and keeping him feeling young.
