Samsung Galaxy A70s with 64MP rear camera to launch in India

Samsung Galaxy A70s is confirmed to launch in India by the end of this month. The Galaxy A70s will come as a successor to the Galaxy A70 that was launched in India earlier this year for Rs. 28,990. The Galaxy A70s will sport a 64 MP rear-facing camera.

It will be the first Samsung device with a 64MP camera sensor. Galaxy A70s will also sport Samsung’s new design language seen in recently launched Galaxy A30s and A50s in India.

The new camera sensor also supports real-time HDR (up to 100 dB), Tetra cell technology, and Super PD phase detection auto-focus technology. Additionally, it supports slow-motion video recording in full-HD resolution.

The new smartphone is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Snapdragon 675 processor along with Adreno 612 GPU and 6GB/ 8GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB).

Samsung sold record number (five million) of Galaxy a series phones in just 70 days, achieving $1 billion revenue.
