Lucknow: In a shocking incident, a father along with his sons were arrested for beating and chopping genitals of a class XI boy after finding him in a compromising position with his daughter with a pair of scissors in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur district on Wednesday.
The doctors have referred him to Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Science (SGPGI) in Lucknow from Gorakhpur after boy’s condition was reported to be in critical stage.
According to police reports, the girl’s father, Guddu Nishad, resident of Khajini, caught his daughter with the youth Deepchand Gupta, a resident of Mahua Dabar village, in a comprising position at his house on Monday night.

Hearing after this, angry Nishad along with his two sons, Sandeep and Pradeep, thrashed the boy and then bobbitised his genitals. When this information was given to police cops about the incident, they rushed victim boy to nearby Baba Raghav Das Medical Collage hospital.
The police have registered a case against Guddu, Sandeep and Pradeeep under IPC sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 326 (causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapon) on the basis of a complaint by the boy’s family.
Police station in-charge of Khajni, Manoj Rai, said “local informed the police department when they found the victim boy under deep pain and bleeding profusely. The pair of scissors used in the crime were also recovered from the spot.”
Sources said the girl, who was also in class XI but studied in a different school, was having an affair with the boy since a long time and often used to talk to him on the phone. The girl’s family members were against their affair and had warned the boy several times before, but the two use to meet despite their warnings.
