Lucknow: To increase awareness about blood donation, a one day programme of ‘Blood Donation Camp’ was today organised by the ‘Bindass Jiyo Social Foundation’ in Uttar Pradesh’s Allahabad city based Swaroop Rani Medical College.
As we all know that people use to feel scared and hesitate in donating blood, so to increase awareness about blood donation and also for its social cause a donation camp was held on 17th June 2018 in Allahabad based Medical College by Bindass Jiyo Social Foundation.
Many people are reluctant to donate blood, but according to health experts they believe that by blood donation have many benefits like heart health, weight control and better health not only blood donation puts very good effect on both body and mind of the donor.
One day Blood donation camp organised by Bindass Jiyo Foundation in Allahabad:
The Founder of Bindass Jiyo Social Foundation, Dr. Rajeev Verma and co-founder Dr. Amita Gupta told people about awareness of blood donation for those involved during this program. About 28 people, including Juhi, Pallavi and Brijesh have contributed by donating blood in this camp.
To organize this blood donation camp, Dr. Sanjeev Verma, Dr. Rashmi Shukla, Dr. Ravi Rani Mishra, Akhil Singh, Dr. Neelam, Dr. CP Singh, Dr. Dinesh Rao, Dr. Navneet, Prof. Sangeeta and Rachna, Engineer. Manoj Ranjana, Neelima, besides several other Media-In-charge like Citu Rastogi, Ritu Gupta and Chetana Khanna given their contribution.
On this occasion, Dr. Navneet and Dr. Arjun distributed caps, T-shirt, cups and certificates to the people of the ‘Bindass Jiyo Social Foundation’ members by saying that “we all are happy” with the teamwork and its contribution.
During this Blood donation camp Dr. Tribhuvan Yadav, Vikas Bharat, Prashant Gupta, Deepak Upadhyay, Prasenjit Vishwakarma, Engineer. J.P Verma, Renu Yadav and programme coordinator, Alok along with whole team of blood banks were also present on this occasion.
