New Delhi: Exercise increases happiness hormones in your body as happiness is deeply interrelated to each other sexual pleasure and this is the reason that why people consider sex to be the best exercise.
Sex and exercises both affect each other and this is the reason that happiness that comes after sex cannot be even described in words, because the body gets relaxed after getting an organism during sex. But do you know there are some exercises that can give you the pleasure of orgasm.
According to a survey conducted on 530 women, 46 percent of them felt the exposure of the coregasms. It does not mean that you can feel orgasm at any time while exercising. Coregasm can be felt only during some limited coercive exercises which create pressure on your pelvic and lower abdomen.

Men may also get excited when exercising, but these excitements will not be like their sexual excitement. It has been observed that you can get coregasm while doing situps and pullups, lifting weights, climbing ropes, and running.
