Man behind London terror attack identified as Khalid Masood

London: The man who carried out terror attack outside Parliament House in the heart of London city on Thursday has been identified as Khalid Masood by the Britain police officials in which five people were reportedly killed.

According to international English news channel, the 52-year-old Masood, was born as Adrian Elms in Kent and was shot dead by police.

 

 

In the shocking indent, near about three women and five men were arrested in London and Birmingham on suspicion of preparation of terrorist acts following Wednesday’s attack.

During the Thursday evening incident, the deceased victims has been identified as PC Keith Palmer, 48, Aysha Frade and US tourist Kurt Cochran, 54, were killed, while a 75-year-old man died.

Masood before crashing his car into railings drove into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge and then running into the grounds of Parliament with knife in his hand.

 

 

Media reports claimed that Masood before being killed by the London police he stabbed PC Palmer.

The Metropolitan Police said there had been no prior intelligence about Masood’s intention to carry out an attack.

 

 

He is believed to have lived at various times in Rye, Crawley in West Sussex and Eastbourne, in East Sussex.

One news channel said that Masood hired the Hyundai SUV in person, giving his profession as a teacher.
